Joe Hebel
Baritenor Joe Hebel recently wrapped up portraying Hollander (and covering Ledoux and the Sports Announcer) in Bat Out Of Hell, the award winning hit musical featuring Jim Steinman and Meatloaf's greatest hits, which was in residency at Paris Las Vegas. Prior to that, he performed the role of Gustav Ledoux in the world premiere of the original musical Camille at the Santa Clarita Shakespeare Festival. He was also seen as as Billy Bigelow in Carousel for Opera San Luis Obispo, Curly in the Simi Actors Repertory Theatre production of Oklahoma!, and as Lord Clapham in the 5-Star Theatricals production of Something Rotten.
Hebel graduated with honors from Pepperdine University in Malibu, receiving a B.A. degree in Theatre and Music. While at Pepperdine, he performed leading roles in a variety of musicals, plays and operas, including Die Fledermaus (Eisenstein), Ragtime (Younger Brother), Dido and Aeneas (Aeneas), Curtains (Aaron Fox), Pirates of Penzance (Samuel) and As You Like It (Oliver), and participated in the Chamber and University Choirs. He also attended the Heidelberg International Music Program, is a California Arts Scholar, and has been an adjunct professor in the Fine Arts department at Pepperdine University.
